Khaled Salmeen (Arabic: خالد سالمين) (born 1974) is chairman of Abu Dhabi Terminals (ADT), and a leading advisor to Abu Dhabi Ports in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. An Emirati national, Salmeen has spearheaded and led a number of major infrastructure projects in the emirate. For five years, in the role of CEO and managing director of Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad), Salmeen played a central role in helping to develop the emirate's industrial and manufacturing economy - one of the main goals set out by the Abu Dhabi government's Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 to diversify the local economy away from oil and gas.

Before taking up his position at Kizad in 2009, Salmeen project managed the development of Masdar's hydrogen power plant as well as specializing in carbon capture and storage before going on to serve two years as chief operation officer at Abu Dhabi's leading district cooling company, Tabreed, from 2007.

Education
Salmeen holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in the United States and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Harvard Business School.
