Khagendra Lamichhane is a Nepali actor and writer.He is best known for his work in Talakjung vs Tulke and Pashupati Prasad.He is now preparing script for another movie. He is also writer of a book 'Fulani'. During his bachelors study in Prithivi Narayan Campus Pokhara he thought of printing his novel but due to lack of money and he decided to sell his gold necklace. Finally first copies of novel were printed but that novel could not be sold as expected and it ended up being a bundle of stock. An interesting story followed up regarding his novel. When he returned to his hometown in Syangja (Western Nepal), his father asked him to prepare food for buffalo. He went to fetch wood but he could not find it, and then he decided to burn all the stock books of his first novel.

Career
Lamichhane was born in Syangja village .In 2046 BS, Khagendra and his friends participated in Western District Drama contest that got him interested towards drama. He shifted to Kathmandu to pursue his career in acting. He applied to Naachghar and started writing plays.
He wrote and starred his first feature film, Talakjung vs Tulke and he is best known name from tulke by this film and also known Pashupati from Pashupati Prasad Khakurel' in 2014.
He is also a live theater actor and playwright in Kathmandu, appearing in his own play Dant Ko Dob. In 2012, he starred in HIGHWAY, which was screened at the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival.
