Early life

Kevin Foster was born on 31 December 1978. He was educated at Hele's School and the University of Warwick (LLB, 2000; LLM, 2001).
Political career

Foster unsuccessfully fought Coventry South in 2010, coming second to Labour's Jim Cunningham.

Foster was elected at the 2015 general election as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Torbay in 2015; his election agent was Alison Hernandez.

Foster was opposed to Brexit prior to the 2016 referendum.
In the June 2017 General Election, he received 27,141 votes, meaning that he increased his majority to 14,283 over his opposition.
