Keta Senior High Technical School (Ketasco) formerly Keta Secondary School is a mixed Public Senior High School located at Dzelukope a town in the Keta Municipal District of the Volta Region, Ghana The school has produced renowned men and women who continue to achieve greater heights in Ghana and beyond. From the former first lady, Mrs Theresa Kuffuor to the late Courage Quashigah, just to mention a few.The school is also very much known for its brilliance in the National Science and Maths quiz competition. In 2014, they won the Sprite National Basketball competition beating off Legon Presec in the finals to clinch that historic trophy.

History

The school was started on 27 February 1953 in a private house owned by a native of Dzelukope Mr. Kudzawu which can still be located some few metres from the Electricity Company of Ghana Ltd. (ECG) at Dzelukope. It started with 22 students (16 boys and 6 girls).

    Quao

    Quao house also known as House one. Represented by the color green

    Fiawoo

    Fiawoo house also known as House two. Represented by the color blue

    Abruquah

    Abruquah house also known as House three. Represented by the color yellow

    Kotoka

    Kotoka house also known as House four. Represented by the color red

    Note: Quao and Abruquah are also referred to as City while Kotoka and Fiawoo are called Zongo.
