Serayu Train an economy-class train journey featured that serves Purwokerto - Kiaracondong - Pasar Senen, run twice a day (morning and evening). Train Serayu also known by the name Cipuja/Citrajaya Currently this train being the only train that operates from Jakarta to Central Java to Bandung route passing, not passing Cirebon.

Stations the train stops include Kroya station, Maos, Kawunganten, Gandrungmangun, Sidareja, Cipari, Langen, Banjar, Ciamis, Tasikmalaya, Cipeundeuy, Warungbandrek, Cibatu, Kiaracondong, Padalarang, Purwakarta, Jatinegara and Pasarsenen.

From 1 April 2015, Serayu trains will not stop at Jakarta Kota station and stops for directions to the Pasar Senen station.

History

Serayu train was inaugurated in 1985. Initially it was named Limited Express train Sidareja. Train name later changed to KA Cipuja, while his night journey named Citrajaya (Cilacap - Jakarta Raya) and the route was extended to Cilacap and Jakarta. In the decade of the 2000s turned into KA Serayu today. Meanwhile, Galuh serving Tanahabang-Banjar and specially reserved for passengers who are not transported by train Cipuja or Citrajaya. In 2013, Serayu Line extended to Purwokerto Station.
