Kentucky Route 437 (KY 437) is a 12.366-mile-long (19.901 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Morgan County with Elamton and Dingus.

Route description

KY 437 begins at an intersection with KY 172 southwest of Elkfork, within the eastern part of Morgan County. It travels to the south-southeast, paralleling Elk Fork. It crosses over Elk Fork and begins to parallel Williams Creek. It crosses over Pelfrey Branch and travels through Elamton. It curves to the east-northeast and crosses over Lick Branch. The highway passes Beculhimer Cemetery and curves to the southeast before entering Dingus. It crosses over White Oak Branch and intersects the western terminus of KY 1260. It heads to the northwest and crosses over the branch again. It curves to the east-northeast and crosses over Buck Branch. It then begins paralleling Birch Fork. It crosses over Willie and Gray branches before curving to the north-northeast. It passes Daniel Cemetery and curves to the northeast. KY 437 begins paralleling Road Fork. It curves to the northeast and begins paralleling Smith Creek. It intersects the eastern terminus of KY 589 and crosses over Gum Bottom Branch. Right after crossing over Open Fork Paint Creek, it meets its eastern terminus, a second intersection with KY 172.
