Route description

KY 419 begins at an intersection with KY 324 (Helena Road) east-southeast of Mays Lick, within the south-central part of Mason County. It travels to the north-northeast and crosses over the North Fork Licking River. It curves to the northeast and intersects the northern terminus of KY 3170. At this intersection, KY 419 turns left and travels to the north-northwest. The highway then curves to the northeast and meets its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 11.
