Kentucky Route 386 (KY 386) is a 5.414-mile-long (8.713 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through rural areas of Nicholas County southwest of Carlisle. It is known as Carpenter Pike for its entire length.

Route description

KY 386 begins at an intersection with KY 13 (Lower Jackstown Road), south-southwest of Carlisle, in the southwestern part of Nicholas County. It travels to the west-northwest and curves to the northwest. It crosses over McBrides Run and then curves to the north. It crosses over Big Brushy Creek and curves back to the northwest. After crossing over some CSX railroad tracks, it meets its northern terminus, an intersection with U.S. Route 68 (US 68, Maysville Road).
