Kentucky Route 345 (KY 345) is a 10.662-mile-long (17.159 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through mostly rural areas of Christian County.

Route description

KY 333 begins at the northern edge of Fort Campbell, east of Oak Grove, within Christian County, where the roadway continues as Palmyra Road. It travels to the north-northeast and travels through Garrettsburg and Howel before it has an intersection with KY 117 (Herndon–Oak Grove Road). It curves to the northwest and begins a brief concurrency with KY 107 (Lafayette Road). They travel to the northeast and cross over Interstate 24 (I-24). They curve to the north and north-northeast and split. KY 345 travels to the west-northwest and curves to the northwest. It crosses over Little River and curves to the north-northeast before meeting its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 695 (Cox Mill Road).
