KY 328 begins at an intersection with KY 70 southwest of Eubank, within Lincoln County. It travels to the west-northwest and curves to the north-northwest. One block later, they turn right, to the south-southeast, onto U.S. Route 27 (US 27). This intersection is just west of Double Spring Cemetery.
