Kentucky Route 254 (KY 254) is a 16.7-mile-long (26.9 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Hopkins and McLean counties with Madisonville and Sacramento.

Hopkins County
KY 254 begins at an intersection with KY 70 (Central City Road) in Madisonville, within Hopkins County. It travels to the north-northwest and has an interchange with the Pennyrile Parkway. The highway curves to the north-northeast. It travels underneath a CSX railroad bridge and intersects the western terminus of KY 892 (Gill Field Road) before it leaves the city limits of Madisonville. Then, it meets the eastern terminus of KY 2281 (Carriage Lane). The highway crosses over Elk Creek and intersects the eastern terminus of KY 2338 (Carroll Gentry Road) before it curves to the northeast. KY 254 has a very brief concurrency with KY 862. The highway then intersects the eastern terminus of KY 260 (Eastlawn Road). It then curves to the northeast. It heads to the east-northeast and crosses over the Pond River, where it enters McLean County.
McLean County
KY 254 curves to the southeast and intersects the southern terminus of KY 1155. It passes Free Union Cemetery before curving to the south-southeast and entering Sacramento. There, it curves to the east-northeast and meets its eastern terminus, an intersection with KY 81/KY 85 (Main Street).
