Keith Stubbs (born January 12, 1960) is an American stand up comedian, actor, radio personality and businessman. Currently lives in Ogden, Utah.

Early Life & Education

Born in Bennettsville, South Carolina. Raised in North Charleston, South Carolina. Graduated from R.B Stall High School in 1978.
Attended Brigham Young University in 1978.
Served as a Mormon missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guayaquil, Ecuador from 1979 to 1981

Stand-Up

In 1990, Keith Stubbs studied comedy improv at the Groundlings Theatre & School in Hollywood, California. Started performing stand up comedy in 1991.
Keith has opened for Frank Caliendo, Lewis Black, Joel McHale, and many more.
On January 13–14, 2012, Keith opened for Jim Gaffigan at Kingsbury Hall.
On March 9, 2013, Keith opened for Joan Rivers at Kingsbury Hall.

Radio

Former on-air morning show personality on The Stubbs Show on KEGA, 101.5 The Eagle in Salt Lake City, Utah starting in 2004.
Keith's first partners on the Eagle were Paul Koffy and Peggy Ijams. Keith was also host of Keith Stubbs Sports in 2015 on ESPN 700 radio in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Keith Stubbs is the owner of the all Utah Wiseguys Comedy Clubs, located in Salt Lake City, and Ogden.
The original Wiseguys West Valley City location opened in 2001.

Currently there are two Wiseguys Comedy locations.

  • One is in Salt Lake City at the Gateway which opened November 1, 2015.
  • Wiseguys in downtown Ogden on 25th Street opened Nov 1, 2003.
