Keith S. Sherin (born November 15, 1958) is the CEO of GE Capital.

Professional life and career
Sherin received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in 1981 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School in 1991. He joined General Electric after graduating from Notre Dame. He served as GE's CFO from December 1998 to June 2013 when he was named CEO of GE Capital. Sherin was named Vice Chairman in 2007.
