Kazuhiko Yamashita (Japanese: Yamashita Kazuhiko 山下和彦; born September 15, 1953) has been a general authority and member of the First Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since 2011.

Yamashita converted to the LDS Church in 1971. Yamashita has a bachelor's degree in physical education from Saitama University, a masters degree from Tsukuba University and also studied the philosophy of physical education at Brigham Young University. He was a professor at various Japanese universities, most recently at Fukuoka University.

In the LDS Church, Yamashita has served as a bishop, as president of the Fukuoka Japan Stake and as an area seventy (2001 to 2011). As an area seventy, he served as a counselor in the church's Asia North Area from 2006 to 2008. He and his wife, Tazuko, are the parents of six children. They were living in Fukuoka, Japan at the time of his call as a general authority in April 2011. In April 2012, he was again assigned as a counselor in the Asia North Area. From July 2013 to July 2015, he served as president of the church's Japan Nagoya Mission before beginning another term of service as a counselor in the Asia North Area in August 2015.
