Karsina [karˈɕina] (German Karzin) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Polanów, within Koszalin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Polanów, 24 km (15 mi) south-east of Koszalin, and 147 km (91 mi) north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.

Before 1945 the area of Farther Pomerania, where the village is located, was part of Germany. For a long time Karzin had been an estate of the old pomeranian noble family von Bonin. In the year of 1762 the estate was sold to the family von Hellermann, who still owned it at the end of the 19th century. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
