Karol Kłos (born 8 August 1989) is a Polish volleyball player, a member of Poland men's national volleyball team and Polish club PGE Skra Bełchatów, a participant of the Olympic Games (Rio 2016), 2014 World Champion, a bronze medalist of the 2011 European Championship and 2011 World League, Polish Champion (2011, 2014).

Kłos moved to PGE Skra Bełchatów in 2010. He signed a new contract with PGE Skra towards the end of the 2014/2015 season. On May 27, 2014 his team won a title of Polish Champion after final matches against Asseco Resovia Rzeszów. It was his second title of Polish Champion. On October 8, 2014 his team won ENEA Polish SuperCup 2014. On May 6, 2015 he won with PGE Skra Bełchatów bronze medal of Polish Championship. In May 2015 he extended the contract with PGE Skra Bełchatów until the end of the season 2016/2017. On February 7, 2016 he played with PGE Skra and won the 2016 Polish Cup after beating ZAKSA in the final. In April 2016 he was a member of the same team which won a bronze medal in the 2015–16 PlusLiga championship.

On September 21, 2014 won a title of World Champion 2014 and received individual award for Best Middle Blocker. On October 27, 2014 received a state award granted by the Polish President Bronisław Komorowski - Gold Cross of Merit for outstanding sports achievements and to promote Polish in the world. In April 2015 he was announced as the new captain of national team. But he was injured and he did not take part in intercontinental round of the World League 2015, so he was replaced by Michał Kubiak.
