Karlovski traktoren zavod AD is a Bulgarian company making tractors and other machines. The company is based in Karlovo, Bulgaria. The company today is called Agrotechnica AD.

History

The company was founded in 1939 in Karlovo. At first the company fixed planes and other machines. After the Second World War the workshop began fixing armor vehicles. From 1947 the company started to produce engines and in 1949 produced their first tractor, Mofak-2. In 1956–1957 they produced diesel engines.

In 1961 the company produced the first crawler for the needs of the winery. The machine were called Bolgar and the types were TL-30 and TL-30A. It was produced a new universal machine, UNLM. In 1967 new tractors called Bolgar TL-45,TL-45U, and TL-80 were introduced.
