Karl Mööl (born 4 March 1992) is an Estonian professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Estonian Meistriliiga club Nõmme Kalju and the Estonia national football team.

Mööl joined Flora in 2008. He made his Meistriliiga debut for the first team on 11 July 2009, in a 2–1 home win against Tammeka. He joined Tulevik on loan for the 2010 season, and Viljandi for the 2011 season. Mööl scored his first goal for Flora on 6 March 2012, in the Estonian Supercup match against Narva Trans. He scored his first Meistriliiga goal just four days later, against Sillamäe Kalev. On 28 June 2013, Mööl joined Kuressaare on loan until the end of the season.

On 24 February 2014, Mööl signed a three-year contract with Nõmme Kalju.

Mööl started his international youth career in 2008 with the under-17 national side. He made his senior international debut for Estonia on 8 November 2012, in a 2–1 friendly away win against Oman.
