Karl Eibl (23 July 1891 – 21 January 1943) was a general in the Wehrmacht of Nazi Germany during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords.

Eibl was killed north-west of Stalingrad on 21 January 1943, when Italian soldiers mistook his command vehicle for a Soviet armored car and blew it up with hand grenades.
