Karissa Lee Staples (born December 1, 1987) is an American actress best known for her series regular roles as Victoria Jagger in Family's What's Up Warthogs!. and Paloma Madsen in USA Network's Necessary Roughness. She was crowned Miss Maine 2006.

Life and career

Staples was born December 1, 1987, in Portland, Maine. At the age of 14, she began performing throughout Maine in community and professional theater productions. In 2006, a week before graduating high school, she was crowned Miss Maine. She went on to compete in the Miss America 2007 pageant which gave her the chance to earn a scholarship for college and to perform her talent on a national level. Through the connections she made during her year of service, she ended up in New York City. Less than three months after arriving there, she booked a principal role in the 2009 feature film Red Hook and was cast in the original musical Hear Our Song.

In 2010, she landed a guest role on 90210 and provided the English dubbing in the video game The 3rd Birthday. In 2011, she landed her first starring role, portraying the character of Victoria Jagger in the Canadian TV sitcom What's Up Warthogs!.
In 2013, she joined the cast of Necessary Roughness in the series' third season.
As of 2011, she lived in Studio City, California.
