Early life

Singh was born in Delhi in a Ramgharia Sikh family. His father's name is Late. Tarsem Singh was basic belongs to Hoshiarpur, Punjab. They are five siblings (4 brothers, 1 sister). He did his high schooling from Govt. School, New Delhi, Did his graduation Political Honors from Delhi University and Masters in Punjabi language from Delhi University. Kaptan Laadi had been involved in cultural activities since then and slowly interest in Singing gave birth to professionalism. Since then in very short span of time, He became today's "Don of Bhangra".

Musical career

Prior to the arrival of the his first collection he had done parcel's of Stage Shows, Parties and numerous different occasions in the Delhi and All over India. He was well known even before the arrival of the Album. The main recording of Kaptan Laadi started with the his first Album "Charkha Patlo Da". Which was enhanced by the Mika Singh himself with his music. This versatile Artist launched by Tips Industries Limited. Which is the Biggest music company of the India. The Album contained Eight songs in which "Charkha Patlo Da" and "Sandhoori Pugg" was picturised. That Album gave him a decent stage till he never thought back. As of late his "Don of Bhangra" additionally got to be hot vender and turned into the diagram topper just after its release.That Album provided for him the title behind his name "Don of Bhangra". In this album, his accompanied the blast with two super stars of the Bollywood in his title tune "Nachdi Vekhna" Apache Indian and Actress "Neeru Bajwa" and International Star Alicia Banton. In this album he attempted to join two society's music. He blended Punjabi society and western music with incredible impact. This collection was finished by Mr. Gaurav Dayal, Sachin Gupta, Vinay Vinayak, Ashok Sharma, Jeetu G and Two Tone(u.k.) with their remarkable Music and upheld by his band parts and reinforcement vocal Montu, Pinka & Bali.
