Kanon (カノン) is the bassist of the visual kei rock band An Cafe (アンティック-珈琲店-). After the band went on an hiatus 2010, he started his own label, StudioBlue3 and created a cell phone game called Pinky☆Distortion. He also formed a duo with singer and cellist Kanon Wakeshima known as KanonXKanon in 2010.

An Cafe
In 2003, he met vocalist Miku and guitarist Bou on the internet and they started a band together, called An Cafe. Teruki, the drummer, later joined after quitting Feathers-Blue. In 2007, Bou quit An Cafe, and Takuya and Yuuki joined. In 2009, the band decided to go on an indefinite hiatus, and on the 4th of January they performed their last concert at the Nippon Budokan, in Tokyo. Almost all of them started new projects, Kanon as well. He had already begun to make a cell phone game, called Pinky☆Distortion. An Cafe did 2013 come back from the hiatus and is again on the top on the list, and Kanon is of course with them.

Kanon has always been interested in video games and anime, so it felt natural for him to make one of his own when An Cafe went on a hiatus. He said that he couldn't just sit around and wait for An Cafe to return, and he wanted to continue doing music. It has always been his dream, and he loves to do it.
Pinky☆Distortion
Plot. You are a girl/boy, with a passion for the visual kei bands. You start working in a rehearsal studio in Harajuku. On your first day, you help the band DIS:CODE to find a vocalist, and become their manager.
The band has five members, and Kanon made them all look similar to the previous An Cafe members.

(岡崎大地)- drums.
Profile: square, serious and reliable. Can be out of it at times. Always smiling. Girls seem to like him, but he is somehow not very good at relationships. Can't seem to find a girlfriend.
(明神暁人)- Guitar.
Profile: leader of the band. Educated in music since youth and a super-musician that can write both lyrics and music. Classmates with Yoi since elementary school.
(如月葉月)- vocal.
Profile: replied to the Want Ad for lead vocal of DIS:CODE. Realizes the dream of singing for a Visual-Kei band, but does he have a deep secret...??
(琴平宵) - bass.
Profile: A former delinquent student who is honest and sincere. Is looked up to by his Kohai (underclassmen). Made a band with Akito in high school.
(保志瑞稀)- keyboard.
Profile: the weirdest member of the lot. Always fooling around and being strange, but has the keenest eye for knowing the members and the substance of the matter.
