Kanie-Stacja [ˈkaɲe ˈstat͡sja] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rejowiec Fabryczny, within Chełm County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Rejowiec Fabryczny, 27 km (17 mi) west of Chełm, and 40 km (25 mi) east of the regional capital Lublin.
