Kanaparthi (Telugu:కనపర్తి)is one of the Indian surnames with over a thousand people bearing the surname. It is believed to be the aurname of people whose Ancestors hail from the village of Kanaparthi viz. Kanuparthi (Kanapathy) village in Naguluppala Padu in Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh, India. However, the descendants of the Kanaparthi family are not confined only to Kanuparthi village but have moved all over the country and even to other parts of the globe. We can find most of them in and around jaggayyapet, krishna district and Guntur area of Andhra Pradesh.
