Kampung Titingan (lit. 'Titingan village') is a village in Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia. It is also called Ice Box, a name originating in the 1970s where broken iceboxes were placed near an ice factory that is located within the village. Most of the villagers resided were from Philippines and Indonesia. The village also marked as one of the 'black areas' due to high cases of crime and gangsterism and was one of the most notorious illegal settlements in Tawau.

On 7 March 2010, Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Seri Musa Aman declared that the village will be transformed into a town, renamed as Titingan town.
History
Titingan village was one of the earliest village in Tawau. The name Titingan taken from an important person in Sabah, Datuk Abu Bakar Titingan that were born on that village. He is one of many people that defended this village from being torn down. His son, Datuk Tawfiq Abu Bakar Titingan is a representative of the people in Titingan town.
On 1980s, Tawau was undergoing a massive agricultural development, thus many young villagers left to work on farms. Illegal immigrants slowly came and decided to reside on that village by building new houses. The area grew larger as the population expanded, until it became one of the largest slum in Tawau on 1990s.
