He won the Indian general election, 2014 being a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate. He is the State Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Assam, India. He was born on 15 October 1975. Positions Held: May, 2014 : Elected to 16th Lok Sabha.
