Kalluru or Kallur is a mandal in the Khammam district of Telangana, India. Kalluru is connected by national highway. On 11th October 2016 it was formed as a New Revenue Division with six Mandals(Kalluru, Vemsoor, Sathupally, Penuballi, Thallada and Enkoor) in Telangana state reorganization structure.
