Early life

Carr was born in Windsor, Ontario on September 8, 1983.

Career

She began her career in radio in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan as a reporter and anchor. A year later she was hired at CTV Prince Albert. She joined Lethbridge's CFCN-TV in May 2005. [1] As of June 2010, she is the senior reporter (specializing in court and crime) and backup anchor.

Charity work

Carr previously served as the Vice President Alberta/NWT for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada [2] Lethbridge Chapter President and the Chair of the Youth Advisory Council of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada. [3] In 2008, Carr and 11 other youth helped create The Gutsy Generation, for those 15-25 affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Personal life

Carr lives in Lethbridge, Alberta. She has one son named London was born October 1, 2012.
