KXTJ-LP is San Antonio's first low power licensed FM radio Station, Located in Northwest San Antonio, Texas. As of June 2015, KXTJ Classic Hits 96.9 airs 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s music. The owner of the radio station is the non profit San Antonio Public Safety Alliance. Board members are Danny Bocanegra, Michael Bocanegra and Bobby Lopez. Danny Bocanegra (Danny B) is General Manager and Program Director of KXTJ. Michael Bocanegra is Assistant Program Director KXTJ. On air personalities include Danny B. (Mornings) Bob Prado (Middays), Bobby Lopez (Afternoons), Larry Chase (Nights) and "Catfish" Jim Prewitt. KXTJ Classic Hits 96.9 covers the West and Northwest areas of San Antonio which has approximately 400,000 population. KXTJ also runs a gospel show, San Antonio Praise every Sunday 6 am - 9 am central time with host Lenny J.
