KWAM (990 AM) 'The New Voice of Memphis' is a radio station licensed to Memphis, Tennessee, United States, the station is currently owned by Legacy Media. The "K" in its call sign related to the fact that the transmitter is located in West Memphis, Arkansas, on the west side of the Mississippi River (the boundary line between the "K" and "W" call signs), even though the station is licensed to Memphis.

Contents

The current, local, on air talent includes Chris Wade (M-F from 6AM-8AM), Marybeth Conley (M-F from 12PM-1PM), and Earle Farrel 4 Memphis (M-F from 3PM-6PM). The 'Variety Hour' (M-F 8AM-9AM) has a variety of hosts (hence the name) who talk about a wide range of subjects. Nationally Syndicated shows include The Herman Cain Show, Clark Howard, The Schnitt Show with Todd Schnitt, and The Norman Goldman Show. Weekend Shows include Today's Homeowner with Danny Lipford, Dr. Joy Browne, Big Billy Kinder Outdoors, and The Paul Parent Garden Show.
