Route 66 is a discontinued bus route operated by Kowloon Motor Bus in Hong Kong, plying between Tai Hing Estate in Tuen Mun and Dragon Centre in Sham Shui Po, New Kowloon, via Tuen Mun Central, Tuen Mun Road expressway, Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung Road and Mei Foo.

This route is the last bus route in the Northwest New Territories area providing non-air conditioned bus service.
History
Route 66 was introduced on May 8, 1978 in conjunction with the opening of the first phase of Tuen Mun Road expressway, and to replace the service of route 52A. The initial route of 66 was between Tai Hing and Lai Chi Kok (Mei Foo). However, the route was discontinued on May 6, 1980, being replaced by a new route numbered 66M (an MTR feeder route).
On September 1, 1980, route 66 went into operation again, this time plying between Tai Hing and Cheung Sha Wan. On May 16, 1982, route 66 was further extended to Tai Kok Tsui Ferry Pier, and became a whole-day service, replacing 66M's service between Tsuen Wan and Mong Kok. The terminus of this route moved to Olympic Station on July 19, 1998.
On April 18, 2004, as part of the bus route rationalization after the opening of KCR West Rail, this route was shortened to Sham Shui Po (Tonkin Street), while the service to Mong Kok and Tai Kok Tsui was replaced by a Bus-Bus Interchange scheme between 66 and 33A/37. Although the route was truncated, the fare was not lowered, causing disapproval from residents and district councillors. On July 11 of the same year, the Sham Shui Po terminus of this route was moved to Yen Chow Street, on the ground level of Dragon Centre.
Route 66 was cancelled on September 28, 2013 due to low passenger demand.
