KKDD (1290 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Spanish adult hits format. Licensed to San Bernardino, California, United States, the station is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc.. Its studios are in Riverside and the transmitter tower is in San Bernardino.

History

The radio station was hugely popular playing top 40 music in the 1960s as KMEN, K/men 129, and battled crosstown rival KFXM (AM) (590) for ratings. KMEN played a variety of formats, including adult standards, oldies and talk. When the Oakland Raiders played in Los Angeles, KMEN was the Inland Empire affiliate.

In 2001, the station would switch to a children's radio format, featuring music and programming from the Radio Disney network.

On March 10, 2008, KMEN returned as an internet-only station as www.kmen129.com.

On April 3, 2012, ERC Media signed a local marketing agreement (LMA) with Clear Channel, allowing the company to program the station with a mix of Contemporary Christian Music and brokered teaching programs. During this time, the station's programming originated from the Orange County studios of KWVE-FM.

On April 11, 2014, ERC Media's LMA expired and Clear Channel resumed programming KKDD with a Spanish adult hits format branded as "La Preciosa 1290."
