History

The club was formed in 1970 as KK Radnički from Novi Sad. In 2009, the club moved to Belgrade and changed its name to KK Radnički Basket. Two years later, the club changed its name to KK Radnički FMP, and in 2013 it was known simply as KK FMP.

Despite the same name, the club is not associated with the old KK FMP, who merged with KK Crvena zvezda in 2011 and is registered as KK ILR Železnik since 2015.
