K21JQ-D is a low-power Class A television station in Walla Walla, Washington, broadcasting locally in digital on UHF channel 21 as an affiliate of Esperanza TV.
In 2009, the former-K22BI terminated analog service when its owners, Blue Mountain Broadcasting Association, transitioned to digital television. Esperanza TV is now seen on digital channels 21.2, 31.2 and 36.2.
