Julien Falk (1902-1987) is a French composer.

He was a famous composition teacher at Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique (Paris Conservatory of Music) and wrote many theorical music books.

He had many students including well known composers Serge Gainsbourg, Gabriel Yared, Michel Colombier, Pierre Yves Lenik, Eric Demarsan, Richard Galliano, Robbi Finkel, Philippe Blay (musicologist) et Alain Goraguer.
