Juho Mikkonen (born December 28, 1990 in Kuhmo) is a Finnish cross-country skier.

Mikkonen competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics for Finland. He placed 43rd in the qualifying round in the sprint, failing to advance to the knockout stages.
Mikkonen made his World Cup debut in March 2009. As of April 2014, his best finish is 10th, in a freestyle sprint race at Toblach in 2013–14. His best World Cup overall finish is 114th, in 2013-14. His best World Cup finish in a discipline is 60th, in the 2013-14 sprint.
