Josh Hanley (born 3 October 1993 in Greenwich, London), known by his stage name Jstarh is an English rapper and producer from South East London.

Biography
Jstarh was born and raised in South East London, where he began taking an interest in music from the age of 8. Growing up in London, he used music to distance himself from the influences of gang culture and a life a crime common among inner city youths.
He began to take his music more seriously whilst attending high school, which led to him performing alongside the likes of Donae'o and Ghetts at The O2's Indigo2 for Lyrical Xpressions 2008 in front of over 1500 people.
