History
The Journal of Basic and Applied Physics was established by THE WORLD ACADEMIC PUBLISHING CO., LIMITED in the end of 2011, it released its first issue in May 2012.
Paper topics
Previously the journal had narrowed topics with limited contributions. It updated the Focus and Scope in December, 2012 and covered a large amount of topics into the journal, acoustics, astrophysics, electrical and electronic engineering, Magnetics & electromagnetism, mechanics, optics & photonics, thermodynamics, theoretical physics, etc.
Paper types
The journal accepts all types of publication, full length research paper and review for regular publication and Special Issues, books, etc.; it does not accept papers extended or revised from conference proceedings.
