Joseph Leean (born March 10, 1942) is a former member of the Wisconsin State Senate.

Leean was born in Iola, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Western Michigan University. Leean is married with three children.
Career
Leean was first elected to the Senate in 1984, representing the 14th District. He remained a member until 1995, at which time he was succeeded by Robert Welch. Leean is a Republican.
