Biography

Bowron was born in 1809. He died in 1868.

Career

Bowron was a member of the Assembly during the 1848 and 1849 sessions. In 1848, the seat was initially won by William Rainey Marshall, who later became Governor of Minnesota. Bowron successfully contested the result on the grounds of non-residence. He was a Democrat.
