Josefine (often just referred to as Jo) is an after hours LGBT nightclub located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Opened in 2001, in Savassi, the nightclub is located at 729 Antonio de Albuquerque Street is popular among the city's gay community.

The founder are Roberto Jácome and Robert Marent. Josefine is one of Brazil's biggest gay nightclubs, and the biggest in the State of Minas Gerais. With programming on Thursdays and Saturdays.

The capacity is of 800 people, the music is electronic and pop, the medium age is of 22 to 25, and minimum age is 18, the price is R$ 30,00 (US$ 21). Josefine's designers have created a bold new structure, comfortable and excellent distribution environments. The home has several lounges, bars, stage, sex-kitchen, mezzanine, dark room, dance floor equipped with a super cab, where the systems are sound, light and images and many other technological resources.
