José Napoleón Baires (born October 29, 1989 in San Salvador, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran footballer who plays for Santa Tecla in the Salvadoran Second Division .

Club career
Baires' professional career began in June 2007 when he signed a contract with now defunct Salvadoran second division club, Estudiantes F.C.. He then joined Isidro Metapán, for whom he made his debut in the Salvadoran first division on September 17, 2008, in a league match against C.D. Chalatenango. In 2010 he returned to the second level to play for Brasilia and then Santa Tecla with whom he won the 2012 Clausura.
