Jorge Diaz (born November 15, 1973 in New York, New York) is a former American football offensive tackle in the National Football League who played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Texas A&M-Kingsville.

Early years
Born in New York, he grew up in Katy, Texas, playing football for Katy High School. Following two years at Kilgore Junior College, he played his remaining college football at Division II Texas A&M-Kingsville, where his position coach was Juan Castillo and he was named an All-American.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
In 1996, he was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent. He started 6 games as a rookie at left guard. The next year, he became a regular starter at right guard. He was a part of a rushing attack that included running backs Mike Alstott and Warrick Dunn. He was waived on March 17, 2000.
Dallas Cowboys
Diaz also played one year for the Dallas Cowboys in the 2000 season. He was released on March 1, 2001.
