Jora Mała [ˈjɔra ˈmawa] (German: Klein Jauer) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mikołajki, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Mikołajki, 15 km (9 mi) east of Mrągowo, and 68 km (42 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
