Personal life
He was born in Mala, Trichur to George Parecattil and Rosy George. He did his schooling from GHS, Kuzhur. He studied at the Christ College, Irinjalakuda before commencing his career in the film industry as an assistant director(1991). He is married to Abba Joju in 2008 and has three children Ian ,Sarah & Ivan.
