John Villiers Young (16 August 1884 – 8 September 1960) was an English cricketer. Young's batting and bowling style is unknown. He was born at Dharwar, Kingdom of Mysore, (today Dharwad, Karnataka, India). He was educated at Eastbourne College and later attended St John's College, Oxford.

Young made his first-class debut for Sussex against Essex in 1908 County Championship. He made two further first-class appearances in 1908, against Worcestershire and Warwickshire. In these three matches, he scored a total of 105 runs at an average of 21.00, with a high score of 84. This score came on debut against Essex.

He died at Eastbourne, Sussex on 8 September 1960. His brother was Dick Young, who played Test cricket for England.
