John Humphrey House (Simsbury, Connecticut)

Architectural style

Colonial, Post medieval English

The John Humphrey House is a historic house at 115 East Weatogue Street in Simsbury, Connecticut. It is a Colonial two-story frame house, five bays wide, with a centered entry and a large central chimney. Its construction is estimated to have been in 1760, based in part on land records, and in part from the location of the bake oven in the kitchen. It is significant as a preserved example of a colonial house with a 19th-century wing.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
