Joel K. Goldman (born October 23, 1952) is an American author and former trial attorney. He attended Shawnee Mission East High School, where he participated in the school's debate team. and the University of Kansas as well as Moot Court He suffers from a tic disorder, which he incorporated into one of his works, the Jack Davis series. In September 2014, Goldman launched the publishing company Brash Books with novelist Lee Goldberg.
