Jesuit Memorial College (JMC), Port Harcourt, Nigeria, is a coeducational, secondary school founded in October 2013 by the North-West Africa Province of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits).

Vision
Jesuit Memorial includes students of all faiths from across the area. Its vision is that of St. Ignatius, founder of the Jesuits, and the Jesuit philosophy of education. It aims to graduate men and women of competence, conscience, and compassionate commitment. Besides scholarship, it places special emphasis on a family-like atmosphere where every student and staff member feels at home. Jesuit's name is intended to memorialize both Jesuit education and the sixty Loyola Jesuit College students who died in the Sosoliso plane crash of December 2005.
Memorial has been a featured school for its efforts to respond to environmental issues.
Admission
Acceptance is based on an examination and interview, with care that those admitted will be able to handle the academic programme. A precise age requirement requires that in the year of entry a student be 10 years of age by January and no more than 12 years of age by September, the time of entry.
Houses
There are four classes or "houses" of 24 students in each year, composed of an equal number of girls and boys. The four houses are named Loyola (from St.Ignatius of Loyola), Joseph (from St. Joseph), Theresa (from St. Teresa of Avila), and Gonzaga (from St. Aloysius Gonzaga). The school year has three terms, from September until December, January till March, and April till early July, with a 2-month vacation period following.
