Professional career

One of just 17 Bomber players to dress for all 18 games, Briggs was a regular on the club’s punt and kickoff coverage teams. He saw some action on defense making a pair of defensive tackles to go with 11 stops on special team duty. He had three games with multiple special team tackles.

Additionally, in an October 10th, 2015 game vs. the BC Lions, Briggs gained 11 yards on a 3rd and 10 fake punt run. After these late game heroics in a pivotal Western Division match up, he had another run in the Banjo Bowl vs. the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Clash Royale

Unbeknownst to many, Briggs also happens to be an avid Clash Royale esports competitor. He's oft referred to as "The Scourge of the North" by his competitors, highly feared for his trademark Miner & Minion crown tower push. Couple these tactics with the snow slinging Ice Wizard, and Briggs is a tough out for anyone who bears the misfortune of crossing his path.

Clash Royale is a freemium mobile tower rush video game developed and published by Supercell. The game combines elements from collectible card games, tower defense, and multiplayer online battle arena. The game was released globally on March 2, 2016.

An up and coming esport in of itself, the Supercell game provides an outlet for Briggs to execute on strategic battle simulations, allowing him to stay sharp mentally. Exercising critical problem solving within the heat of battle is a skill that proves to be very useful on game days.

To date, his career earnings within the game are $0 CAD, but lucrative options loom in the future as the game continues to gain popularity and traction both domestically and internationally.

Briggs' current deck features: Skeleton Army, Ice Wizard, Minion Horde, Princess, Fireball, Log, and Cannon. He has obtained 4079 trophies and is a clan co-leader.
